Today the Year 6 buddies joined the Preps for Writing. During this time, the older students helped their younger buddies to write about their recent fire truck visit. The Year 6s (and some Year 5s!) were very patient with their buddies, helping them to take their time with writing and to listen for sounds in the words they wrote. Once the Writing was completed, all of the students enjoyed a shared lunch together. Having the buddies visit the Prep classroom was a great way to end our term.
