Qualifications: Bachelor of Teaching (Primary)
Professional Interests and Expertise:
My journey at Christ the King began as a Learning Support Officer all the way back in 2017, all whilst completing the final year of my studies at the Australian Catholic University, Melbourne. Since then, I have transitioned into various roles within the school fabric that have truly helped me develop and cherish the core values of Christ the King: Respect, Responsibility and Resilience. From cultivating student leadership and driving sustainability initiatives to guiding “CRE8TE THE FUTURE” our First Lego League team to achievements at both regional and national levels, my tenure has been marked by diverse engagement. At the heart of my professional ethos lies a profound commitment to lifelong learning. I will also view myself as a learner first, driven by an unwavering passion for nurturing and empowering students to become informed and proactive members of society.

Drive:
As an educator, I have always fostered a growth mindset and encouraged students to embrace risk-taking as an essential element of their learning journey. I recognise and nurture the unique talents and abilities of each student, striving to create an engaging learning environment that promotes autonomy, creativity, and enjoyment across all areas of the curriculum. By empowering students to take ownership of their learning and providing opportunities for choice and creative expression, I aim to cultivate a love for learning and ensure that every student thrives academically and personally.
