We are pleased to report the success of the Junior Learning Community’s excursion to St Mary’s Basilica. The students attended Mass, followed by a tour of the church and the Parish Pantry fundraiser initiative.
This visit was a special opportunity for our students to learn about the importance of community support and charity. They gained valuable insights into how and where our donations are utilised, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of giving back to the community.
We are very grateful for all the parish staff, especially Fr Jim and Fr Jude, for their warm welcome and for educating our students on these vital community efforts. And of course, a big thank-you to our JLC staff for all of their preparation and making this excursion possible!
