JLC IMAX & MELB MUSEUM EXCURSION – Term 4, 2024

The students in the JLC enjoyed every second of their excursion to the Melbourne Museum! We engaged in learning about all the extinct, endangered and living animals on our planet. With a focus on a positive future, students were uplifted by Jane Goodall’s IMAX documentary highlighting the wonderful things that are happening to care for God’s Creation. We loved looking through the new Dinosaur Walk exhibit, First Peoples’ Gallery and seeing ‘Bugs Alive’ which complemented our Problem Based Learning foci of Sustainability as well as our Religion focus on Stewardship and Caring for our Common Home. We are so proud of how our students conducted themselves throughout the day. Many thanks to our teachers and parent helpers for their efforts to make the excursion such a success!
